Storage Shed Delivery Information

All sheds are shipped from the warehouse closest to you or directly from the manufacturer. Due to both product size and shape, sheds and accessories can not be shipped via UPS. Instead the sheds are delivered safely by common carrier freight truck delivery.

For residential orders shipped by freight truck, normal delivery is to curbside and not inside the home. “Curbside Delivery” provides delivery made to the curb at the end of your driveway. It is not the driver's responsibility to bring freight into your house, garage, etc. Drivers do not assist with unpacking, set-up or clean up. If you have any special requests such as delivery to the backyard, there may be additional charges. Special arrangements and fee payment will need to be made directly with the carrier.

A signature upon delivery is required.

The carrier will call to schedule a delivery appointment. Appointments are generally available during normal business hours from 9:00-5:00 Monday through Friday. If alternative hours are needed, you can work this out with the carrier. Please include a daytime phone number with your registration information, so the carrier knows how to reach you.

You are responsible for additional charges in cases of missed appointments and re-delivery. Re-delivery charges will need to be made directly to the carrier.

It is your responsibility to inspect merchandise before the delivery agent's departure. If the merchandise appears to be damaged in any way, please note the damage on the freight bill. This will aid in the repair/replacement process.

Storage Sheds are not returnable. The manufacturer does not accept returns. As a result ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
