Terms of Purchase
When purchasing products from CLEANING Stuff, you will be agreeing to the following terms of purchase.
Minimum Order
Our minimum order size is $30.
Full Cartons
Our products ship only in full carton quantities, unless otherwise noted. This keeps our pricing lower and allows you to order less often.
Payment Options
Store purchases may be paid for by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Credit Cards and PayPal. Credit card authorization occurs on order confirmation and charge occurs at order shipment. Other payment options include Cash in Advance, Bank Check or Money Order.
Purchase Order Option is available to Pre-Approved Credit Customers only. Should you wish to apply for credit, call 1.866.497.2056 to have a Cleaning Stuff Credit Application emailed, faxed or mailed to you. Upon receipt of completed Credit Application, Cleaning Stuff will reply within three business days to your credit request. For instant shipping you may want to use your credit card or mail a check with order on your first order while credit is being reviewed.
Payment terms are net 30 days. Finance charges shall accrue at 1.5% per month on any balance owing past 30 days. Failure to comply with these terms may result in revocation of credit privileges. Checks returned for insufficient funds will incur a $20.00 service charge per incident.
Sales Tax
As applicable, state sales tax will be added to your order.
Errors on Site
Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Cleaning Stuff reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Cleaning Stuff will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.

We will confirm your order immediately upon receipt by email. Keep your confirmation number handy. As a member, you can check the status of your order online at any time.
Shipping Policy
Cleaning Stuff is committed to providing you the very best combination of low shipping cost and fast delivery! Cleaning Stuff ships to anywhere in the Contiguous United States. Cleaning Stuff products “Shipping Cost” fall into one of two broad product categories:
1. Warehouse (WHSE), stocked in one of 24 regional US warehouses providing low everyday pricing, fast service and low “close to you” shipping cost. Warehouse orders totaling $1,000.00 ship FREE!
- OR -
2. Promotionally Priced Products shipping direct from one central location, (like the factory itself) where we’ve found the best combination of a low promotional price/service value for our customers. These Ship Codes include: DRCT, Specific Dollar Amount ie. $19.95, or FREE.

Below is an explanation of each Ship Code. This information can also be found by viewing the Detail information on each product.
WHSE = Warehouse stocked products, Orders totaling $1,000 plus ship FREE, orders less than that will incur freight based on the lowest cost freight available from the closest warehouse to the customer. Orders placed by Noon for Warehouse Products (WHSE) will ship same day 98% of the time. All WHSE listed “Ship Code” products are included in this ship cost program, excludes all special promotionally priced products that ship from one central US location including; DRCT, $19.95(actual cost shown), and FREE Ship Coded products.
On Warehouse Product (WHSE) orders of $1,000 dollars or more, your freight is free (prepaid) except for Bleach and Ice Melt which will be charged back freight as F.O.B. CLEANING Stuff! CLEANING Stuff is not responsible for paying Common Carrier accessorial charges including inside delivery, residential delivery, lift gate, hazardous material, sort and segregate, cod fees, and construction site delivery. This applies to all orders.
Warehouse Product (WHSE) Orders less than $1,000 will have shipping charges added to your order.
Specific Dollar Amount ie: $19.95 = An actual dollar amount indicates a direct shipment with actual ship cost detailed in the Ship Code column on this promotionally priced product (Note: Will not count toward the WHSE $1,000 plus total). Shipping time averages 7 to 10 days.
FREE = Free shipping on this promotionally priced, direct shipped product (Note: Will not count toward the WHSE $1,000 plus total). Shipping time averages 7 to 10 days.
DRCT = Direct shipment from central location with freight terms explained in the product details area on this promotionally priced product (Note: Will not count toward the WHSE $1,000 plus total). Shipping time averages 7 to 10 days.
"NO UPS": Items described as "NO UPS" will incur the minimum freight charge on smaller orders. This cannot be calculated by our web site's normal shipping cost. Any additional charges will be calculated and the customer contacted to either accept the additional charges, cancel the order or add additional products to the order for a more acceptable shipping cost.
Terms of delivery: F.O.B. Shipping Point.

Damages/Shortages
CLEANING Stuff's responsibility ceases upon delivery to the transportation company. Instructions for claims are on the packing slip. Inspect your shipment before signing delivery receipt.
Split Shipments
Orders may require shipments from two or more locations arriving to you on different days. Cleaning Stuff works to ensure the lowest price point and best service level for you overall. Customer Service is available to answer any questions at toll free 866-497-2056.
Return Policy
All returns require a Return Authorization from CLEANING Stuff. Please call CLEANING Stuff customer service for a Return Authorization and shipping instructions. No returns will be authorized after 30 days past the invoice date. Returns within the 30 day limit will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Returns should be in good condition and in their original carton to earn credit. Returns will be at the original purchase price less any restocking fee where all instructions are followed. For products ordered in error by the customer, the cost and responsibility to ship the product back to Cleaning Stuff shall be that of the customer. All Equipment Purchases, including Floor machines, extractors, vacuums are not returnable. Equipment purchases are covered by Manufacturer Warranties. Link Mfg Ramps are not returnable. The manufacturer does not accept returns. As a result ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
